Autumn in the colours of heather

from 05.10 to 05.10

Add to my agenda

Autumn spoils us with mild temperatures and sunshine, and heather blooms in forests and home gardens!

We invite everyone who would like to capture this cheerful autumn mood to free creative workshops, which will take place on Saturday, October 5th in our Shopping Centre. Together we will make flower decorations, heather wreaths, lavender scented bags or tea compositions.

We are waiting from 10:00 to 17:00. Free admission.

WE CREATE AUTUMN DECORATIONS

Blooming heather invariably reminds us of golden autumn. There are many varieties of this plant, in different colours – from purple, through crimson, pink – to white.

During creative workshops, autumn compositions in pots, as well as heather wreaths, will be created from colourful plants. To make the latter, you will also be able to use shrub twigs, leaves, plant shoots or other natural decorative additions. Everyone will be able to make a decoration according to their own invention. The wreaths and plant compositions you make can then be taken home.

Those who are interested will also be able to make bags filled with lavender, which will be perfect for wardrobes. They will give your clothes a mild scent and repel insects.

WE PREPARE AROMATIC TEA

We like to spend the increasingly longer autumn evenings with aromatic teas and infusions. During the Saturday meeting, under the supervision of the host, you will be able to prepare mixtures for brewing infusions with the addition of heather. Participants will learn about the properties of the plants used to compose the mixtures and how they can positively affect our health. You can take the prepared tea compositions home and enjoy their taste, for example, while reading a book.

A creative zone awaits children who visit the autumn meeting on Saturday, where, in addition to the art materials they are familiar with, they will be able to use heather to make decorations.

We invite you to take part in the autumn meeting!
