Mother’s Day with molecular gastronomy
from 10.05 to 25.05
Celebrating Mother’s Day takes on a new, delicious dimension! We invite all lovers of culinary experiments and their children to unique workshops at our Centre.
On Saturday, May 25th, we will discover the secrets of molecular gastronomy together, creating experimental dishes from ordinary food products. The event will start at 11:00 a.m. and last until 5:00 p.m.
TRANSFORM EVERYDAY PRODUCTS INTO EXTRAORDINARY DISHES!
Experienced instructors will invite participants on an extraordinary journey through the world of molecular gastronomy, inspiring them to create surprising dishes. The program will include, among others: smoky lemonades, sorbet and milk ice cream without the use of a freezer, fruit caviar, molecular juice foam, dragon’s breath and ice crisps.
An additional attraction will be experiments with liquid nitrogen, which will allow participants to observe fascinating reactions to various objects and foodstuffs. At the end, each participant will be honoured with a “Crazy Scientist” diploma.
Culinary workshops will take place at 11.00, 12.30, 14.00 and 15.30 and will last 45 minutes. The number of participants at each hour is limited to a maximum of 10 people and their guardians.
CREATIVE WORKSHOPS
We have planned creative workshops for the youngest who would like to prepare a handmade gift for their mother. During the free classes, you will be able to create a colourful basket with flowers for your mother and a beautiful bouquet of hearts in the form of a card with a 3D effect.
CONTESTS WITH PRIZES
We have planned even more gifts for Mother’s Day. In mini-competitions during the event, you will be able to win gift cards to the Douglas perfumery.
It will be an unforgettable afternoon full of fun, learning and delicious food!
